VIP Private Otter Experience for 2

Meet and Greet with our lovely Asian Short- Clawed Otters. Join their keeper as they guide you into the keeper area of their enclosure.
Learn all about their cheeky personalities as you feed them their favourite fishy foods.

If you have a seafood allergy of any kind you are unable to participate in the experience.

This Experience is for 2 people, participants must be over the age of 12 and Under 18’s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Don’t forget to bring your camera!
Entry into the zoo is included in your experience.

The Otter experience can be booked any day of the week at either 12pm or 2pm.

Please note This experience is extremely popular and booking may be required for up to 6 weeks in advance especially on weekends. Please email us for specific date availability.
*Most of our enclosures are not suitable for wheelchairs, with steps up into the enclosures and tight spaces to get in.
*Once purchased if it is a gift, we will send a voucher to you in the post, the voucher is valid for 12 months. Pre booking for all experience is required and we recommend 6/8 weeks in advance.

*Voucher cancellations and refunds can only be given within 28 days of the original purchase date.

If you are wanting to book for January. We are closed Christmas to new year and only open on Weekends during January. From mid February we are open 7 days a week.
