VIP Private Otter Experience for 2

Our Otter experience is extremely popular on weekends, please allow 12 weeks advance notice to book in. 
Week day booking is only 1-3 weeks advanced booking.

Meet and Greet with our lovely Asian Short- Clawed Otters. Join their keeper as they guide you into the keeper area of their enclosure.
Learn all about their cheeky personalities as you feed them their favourite fishy foods.

If you have a seafood allergy of any kind you are unable to participate in the experience.

-Enjoy your VIP experience reserved just for you or your group, led by one of our expert zookeepers.
-Entry into the Zoo is included for all participants during our opening hours of 11am-4pm.

The experience is for a minimum age of 12 but all children must be accompanied by a participating adult over the age of 16. 

The Otter experience can be booked any day of the week at either 12pm or 2pm.
Any other guests coming on the day and not partaking in the experiences are to pay our normal entry prices either at reception when you arrive or by our online booking system here https://www.exoticzoo.co.uk/pages/book-now

Please note This experience is extremely popular and booking is required for up to 6-12 weeks in advance especially on weekends. If you are looking for a specific date please email us to check availability before purchasing.
*Most of our enclosures are not suitable for wheelchairs, with steps up into the enclosures and tight spaces to get in.
*Once purchased if it is a gift, we will send a voucher to you in the post, the voucher is valid for 12 months. Pre booking for all experiences is required and we recommend 6/8 weeks in advance.

*Voucher cancellations and refunds can only be given within 28 days of the original purchase date.

If you are wanting to book for January. We are closed Christmas to new year and only open on Weekends during January. From mid February we are open 7 days a week.
