Online General Admission Booking Policy

All event bookings at our zoo are confirmed once full payment has been received. Tickets are valid only on the booked date and are non-refundable. 
Tickets can be rescheduled to an alternative date before 1 day of the booked date, subject to availability.
Please check all event details carefully before booking. For certain events, guests may be able to change their timeslot via our online self-service system, subject to availability and any specified deadlines. Where this option is not offered, bookings cannot be amended. Tickets are not transferable.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.


Animal Experience Return & Booking Policy

At Exotic Zoo, we strive to offer unforgettable animal experience days and adoption packs. Please read our policy carefully before booking.
Transfers
Experience Days and Adoption Packs can be transferred to another person free of charge. Just give us a call to let us know the name of the new participant.
Booking & Availability
Access to some enclosures is limited or restricted. We strongly recommend calling us before making a purchase to confirm availability of your preferred date, time, and enclosure access.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event that your experience day is cancelled due to weather conditions or other factors outside our control, you will be entitled to rebook at no extra cost on a future suitable date.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to offer returns within 28 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.

 

Trader Cabin Bookings Returns Policy

For any booking cancellations, a full refund will only be given up to 30 days before the booked date slot. If under 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds given to No-Shows or on any cancelations within 1 day of the hire date.
