Silver Package
Contains all the above from the bronze package plus
entry voucher for 1 person (adult or child)
Free drink at the jungle café

Gold Package
Contains all the above from the bronze and silver package. Plus an Otter experience voucher for 2 people (this includes entry into the zoo from the silver package).

Meet and Greet with our lovely Asian Short- Clawed Otters. Join their keeper as they guide you into the keeper area of their enclosure.
Learn all about their cheeky personalities as you feed them their favourite fishy foods.
If you have a seafood allergy of any kind you are unable to participate in the experience.
This Experience is for 2 people, participants must be over the age of 12, and Under 18’s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Don’t forget to bring your camera!
Entry into the zoo is included in your experience.

The Otter experience can be booked any day of the week at either 12pm or 2pm.

Please note This experience is extremely popular and booking is required for up to 6-12 weeks in advance especially on weekends. If you are looking for a specific date please email us to check availability before purchasing.
*Most of our enclosures are not suitable for wheelchairs, with steps up into the enclosures and tight spaces to get in.
*Once purchased if it is a gift, we will send a voucher to you in the post, the voucher is valid for 12 months. Pre booking for all experiences is required and we recommend 6/8 weeks in advance.

*Voucher cancellations and refunds can only be given within 28 days of the original purchase date.

If you are wanting to book for January. We are closed Christmas to new year and only open on Weekends during January. From mid February we are open 7 days a week.
