There is no need to book to visit the zoo! Just head to reception when you arrive.

If you have purchased a VIP experience voucher, this will need to be booked in advance and is not available on the day.

Concessions: £7 (OAP’s 65+, Disabled and carers)- Proof of carer required

Under 2’s: FREE

Open 7 days a week: 11 AM – 4 PM (Last entry 3:30PM)

No pre-booking required.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

No dogs allowed.

We are wheelchair friendly.
